ETL Appoints Former ATCi Exec to Strengthen US Office
« Posted: July 29, 2013, 07:14:06 PM »

Washington DC, US 29 July 2013 ETL Systems, a satellite communications specialist which designs and manufactures equipment for the broadcast, telecoms, satellite communication and government sectors has appointed Bill Pryle as its new International Sales Manager.

Mr Pryle joins ETL from ATCi, where he was responsible for sales to the Eastern US region and specialised in government and commercial Satcomm projects. He has spent over 25 years with ATCi, helping it to become one of the world’s largest providers of multi-beam satellite antennas. Alongside sales, he has strong engineering experience in the design and installation of satellite teleports.

Susan Saadat, VP of Sales at ETL’s US office said: “We are delighted to have Bill on board, as he brings many years of experience in the satellite sector. He has already worked closely with ETL’s RF distribution products and brings a sound knowledge of the US and International satellite markets with him.”

“Bill will be based at our new US office which is located near Washington DC and has been brought in to build on our success in the North American market,” added Saadat.

Earlier this year ETL opened its brand new North American headquarters in the US to take advantage of ongoing and rapid expansion on the continent. More than 40 percent of its annual revenues now come from the region.

ETL has been designing and manufacturing RF equipment since 1984 and has a large team based at its headquarters in the UK. It offers dedicated in-house engineers specialising in originating RF design concepts, and enhancing existing products.
