Nigel Coles set to grow Dialogue’s Mobile Billing offering
London, 8 December 2011 – International mobile messaging solutions specialist Dialogue Communications has appointed Nigel Coles as Senior Account Manager of its Mobile Billing division. Nigel comes in as Dialogue continues to strengthen its business operations and just weeks after the company announced its organisational restructure.
Nigel will play an integral role in driving the Mobile Billing solution forward, developing the business within the UK. Working with his sales team, he will be responsible for maintaining the existing client base by focusing on delivering high-quality performance Premium SMS and Mobile Payment services, and will look to grow new accounts by identifying new opportunities.
With over 15 years’ experience in the premium rate industry, working with SMS aggregators, network operators and service providers, Nigel started his career with BT and brings extensive experience with him.

Nigel joins Dialogue Communications from Zamano where he was UK Operations Manager. While there he spearheaded the financial management of multi-million pound revenue lines, directed commercial and technical teams, nurtured client and partner relationships, as well as being responsible for controlling and improving compliance procedures.
Prior to this, Nigel held senior management roles with high profile names in the telecommunications industry, including Amplefuture where he was fundamental in the development of the company’s Multi-Chat IVR services and mobile content downloads. He also spent seven years at iTouch where he was instrumental in implementing its quality management system.
