London, 23 February 2011 – The Dialogue Group, which provides leading specialist mobile messaging and billing solutions, today announced the appointment of its new Chief Financial Officer, Perry Offer.
Having worked on a project basis with its teams over the past six years, Mr Offer is no stranger to the Dialogue Group – which comprises Dialogue Communications Ltd (UK), Dialogue Communications Pty Ltd (Australia) and Dialogue Mobile (South Africa). With over 30 years’ experience in financial, commercial and operational management at board level across numerous business-to-consumer and business-to-business sectors, Mr Offer will play a key role in strengthening the group’s Board of Directors. He brings the added financial and strategic expertise needed to support the Group’s growth across the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.
“The Dialogue Group is in a strong position and has significant growth prospects owing to its innovative applications and hosted solutions. This is what attracted me back to the company and I am excited to be part of its further development,” said Mr Offer.
Over the last few years the Dialogue Group has grown rapidly and is currently entering a phase where expansion is likely to take place through both geographical expansion and acquisition. This is due to an increased demand for its world-class solutions and an increased portfolio of mobile messaging solutions for SaaS markets, SMS apps, mobile marketing services and mobile billing and delivery services.
“We have now reached the stage where the size of the Group, and its complexity, requires the recruitment of a Chief Finance Officer and we feel that Perry is the perfect fit for us moving forward,” said Dialogue Group Chief Executive Officer Hugh Spear. “He has a great deal of financial and strategic knowledge to offer us at a very exciting point in our expansion.”
Mr Offer, a qualified Chartered Accountant (CIMA), will be based at the Dialogue Group’s UK offices in London and Sheffield.
