The basis of the win was a reseller case study involving IT service provider Time Network Management (TNM). Using Wizards Storage Portal, TNM saved time spent managing IBM Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM) by 50%, equating to 20% in personnel cost. Time saved on contract creation and invoicing was estimated at 25%.
