Crocus Consulting (www.crocus-consulting.com), a Gold level member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), has announced the extension of its support contract for PeopleSoft Financials with Pacific Life Re Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Pacific LifeCorp, the parent company of Pacific Life Insurance Company.

Pacific Life Re offers a comprehensive range of wholesale life risk management products and services in the UK, Ireland, Asia and North America.

Crocus which has been supplying support for PeopleSoft Financials to Pacific Life Re since 2008 was awarded the extended contract to support users across US time-zones following Pacific Life’s purchase, earlier this year, of Manulife Financial Corporation’s life retrocession business.

Crocus Customer Support Director Vince Blockley welcomed the decision noting, “We have built a strong working relationship with Pacific Life Re over the period that we have been supporting their reinsurance operation in the UK.
