Cornerstone OnDemand (NASDAQ:CSOD), a global leader in cloud-based talent management software solutions, today announced the agenda and speaker line-up for its annual EMEA client conference, Convergence EMEA 2013, being held 16-17 October at the Park Plaza Riverbank, London.

The annual EMEA conference will not only bring together a mix of customers from different markets, from luxury brands to financial institutions, to share their insight and experiences of talent management but also drive the debate forward on what the workforce of the future will look like.

CEO & founder Adam Miller will be opening the two day conference with a keynote speech titled, “Time to Reimagine Work”, which will feature guest customer speakers from Louis Vuitton and Pandora.

“The theme of this year’s conference is ‘Reimagine Work,’ which reflects our belief that today’s workplace is in the midst of real and sustained change,” said Miller. “Today’s employees not only want flexibility in where and how they work, but they also want to be developed, recognised and connected at their workplace. User adoption session: This popular customer run session returns, focusing on the questions that attendees want answering on best practice and experiences. Customers including Statkraft, Western Union, SKF, Norton Rose, BO and UNHCR will also be joining the discussion

Interactive sessions: This year’s agenda boasts a variety of sessions that will appeal to attendees at any level or role, providing insight and innovation in how your organisation can “reimagine work” and talent management.
