Launches Service Pack to deliver enhancements outside core release cycle
New York, NY and Oslo, Norway September 27th, 2010: Confirmit has launched the Confirmit Horizons Version 15 Service Pack, a rich set of features and functionality designed to enhance the Confirmit Horizons platform.
The Service Pack will deliver a wide range of system improvements to users ahead of the next major release of Confirmit Horizons, allowing them to take immediate advantage of a wide range of new capabilities.
Pat Molloy, Chief Strategy Officer at Confirmit, explains: We are always looking at ways to deliver a better experience to our customers, both in terms of the service we offer and the way in which the Confirmit platform works. The Service Pack allows us to do exactly that by giving customers access to a wide range of functionality improvements well before the next major release of the platform.
At the same time, it gives our research and development teams the opportunity to evolve the platform with new features that meet the latest needs of our customers in a focused, productive, and timely way.
The service pack includes over 600 changes and improvements to the Confirmit Horizons platform, made as a direct result of feedback from users. Key developments include:
Enhanced reporting capabilities, with the ability to add bar charts to tables and a new Hitlist Designer.
Increased security through support for project-level database encryption (data-at-rest encryption).
Authenticated access to interview progress counts via mobile (or any other) browser.
Enhanced productivity and flexibility for sampling in Confirmit Community Panel through a range of improvements.
A range of new CATI features, including native telephone blacklist support for CATI-enabled projects.
A number of new functions for the improved recoded variable interface.
