Enterprise management software strategist assumes principal marketing role with global leader Confirmit

Market Research, today announced that recognised marketing strategist Michael Wooh has joined the company as Chief Marketing Officer. In this new role, Wooh will drive global corporate and marketing strategies for Confirmit.
With more than twenty years of experience and an emphasis on enterprise management software, Wooh’s expertise lies in successful product and service launches, with extensive strategic marketing and planning. Wooh is poised to lead Confirmit’s charge with branding, positioning and product strategies that will keep the company on its path towards global market saturation.
Prior to his position as Confirmit Chief Marketing Officer, Wooh led corporate marketing initiatives for a number of industry-leading organisations, including Passlogix, OpTier, Platinum Technology and Computer Associates (CA). Wooh served as Vice President of Marketing for CA. During his tenure at CA he initiated and implemented a product strategy that led the division to record success.
At OpTier Wooh designed the go-to-market strategy for a new market and solution category, Business Transaction Management (BTM). Wooh’s programme ultimately positioned OpTier as the BTM market leader. Before the CA acquisition of Platinum Technology, Wooh built the most profitable business unit, with year-on-year growth. Earlier in his career, he honed his skills on Wall Street with positions at Goldman Sachs, Citibank, and National Westminster Bank.
