New broadband player set to disrupt wholesale market
17 November 2010 — LONDON: Launching today, BE Wholesale, the UK's newest wholesale broadband provider, promises to challenge the online experience for UK ISPs and inject much needed choice and innovation into the current wholesale broadband market.
Backed by O2/Telefonica, and directly reaching over 70 per cent of mainland businesses (almost 50 per cent more than some of the competition), BE Wholesale's superfast, low –congested ADSL2+ network offers the fastest DSL connectivity speeds of any wholesale provider in the UK, according to Ofcom. With entry level product speeds 30 per cent faster, and premium products up to 150 per cent faster than comparable services, the new kid on the broadband block has already confirmed over 30 ISP partners and is set to challenge for a greater share of the wholesale marketplace.
