Dr. Carolane Williams, was inaugurated as the seventh president of Baltimore City Community College earlier this month. Previously, she was provost of the Broward Community College North Campus in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.... Williams is BCCC’s first female president.... "We are looking at how we can best [serve] students via distance learning.... People are doing a lot more these days, so we need to get past bricks and mortar.
