20 April 2011 - B2M Solutions, experts in the management of the mobile enterprise, today announced that it has signed a contract with BT for the global networked IT services provider to utilise the mprodigy® Mobility Intelligence and Management Platform. The platform will be used within BT MobileWorkforce Services; part of the BT Field Force Automation portfolio provided to enterprise and public sector customers.

BT Field Force Automation will initially deliver Trial, Platinum and Gold services, based on mprodigy.  This will enable BT Field Force Automation to offer its customers a more efficient and secure use of their valuable mobile assets; with functionality such as remote analysis significantly decreasing the number of devices that are returned for repair.

A prominent feature of the Platinum service is blended analytics; taking critical data from the mobile device, the mobile processes, the mobile applications and the mobile users. Together, this information is utilised to provide a detailed view of business critical processes allowing BT Field Force Automation customers to proactively manage their mobile estate and to provide for continuous improvements throughout the contract lifecycle.  The use of blended analytics is a key factor in the BT competitive armoury.
