AT&T rated worst carrier in the U.S.

AT&T has been named one of the worst carriers in the U.S. in terms of quality service amongst a survey group of 50,000 individuals from across the country. In a study carried about by Consumer Reports and spotted by ModmyI, AT&T was named the worst in service availability, dropped calls, circuit capacity and voice service, out of the top four carriers.  The top ranking service provider, Verizon came out on top of T-Mobile, followed by Sprint, with AT&T in dead last.  The readers score was judged on user's average monthly bill, customer support and cellular service that included voice, messaging, web access and email.   Read full story...
