CCW, Europe’s leading trade fair for customer service, communications and call centers, will host 250 national and international exhibitors in five halls for more than 7,500 specialists and industry colleagues. ASC will demonstrate real-time solutions for storage, analytics and evaluation of Big Data, all available via the Cloud to meet short-term, customized needs with the most up-to-date technology.
