Mr. Derbes’ comprehensive experience in telecommunications, sales, business development and IT markets was cited by the company as a key factor in his selection. He will be responsible for ASC’s growing business in France and North Africa, especially driving sales and increasing awareness of the company’s portfolio.

With more than 14 years of experience in telecommunications and related fields, Mr. Derbes has held senior positions at Colt France, Reliance Globalcom (Vanco), AboveNet (Zayo) and Vocalcom. He holds a Masters degree in Sales and Marketing from the Graduate Business School of Management of Marseille as well as a B.A. in Management and Strategy.
ASC conveyed the appointment of Mr. Derbes as a renewed commitment to the French contact center market. Its latest personnel moves are designed to facilitate the rollout of its new INSPIRATIONneo workforce optimization suite, comprising communications recording, quality and performance management, speech and desktop analytics, eLearning, customer feedback and workforce management.
