Technology to be used in Apttus’ contract lifecycle management solutions to significantly reduce time and cost of discovery and migration of contracts stored across corporate repositories

San Francisco, CA – September 4 2013 – Seal Software Limited, the leading provider of solutions to discover, capture, extract and analyze contracts, today announced that it has licensed its Contract Discovery technology to Apttus, the category-defining provider of quote-to-cash solutions including Configure Price Quote (CPQ) and Contract Management.  The technology has been integrated into the Apttus Contract Discover and Migrate (CDM) application, available now.  CDM is part of the Apttus Contract Management Suite, a cloud-enabled solution that automates the process from contract request to execution while delivering complete visibility and control of the entire contract lifecycle.

Most businesses store contracts in a variety of repositories and dozens of formats making it difficult to both find and manage agreements.  According to Aberdeen, 12-15% of agreements cannot be found in enterprises today (Aberdeen Group, Procurement Contract Lifecycle Management, 2012).
