Apple's iPhone accounts for 50% of global mobile traffic

Since its release, Apple's iPhone has received a lot of praise and a lot of criticism; regardless of which way you look at it, it has grown faster than a large amount of competitors. AdMob now states that the iPhone accounts for 50% of mobile traffic across the globe.  As AppleInsider reported, the AdMob data (.PDF link) shows that Google's Android is the only other platform to have grown in usage over the last month. Windows Mobile, Symbian, the BlackBerry have all dropped in usage, with Android and the iPhone taking the losses.  Read full story...
