Dancer brings expertise in managing and building high growth, high-volume, transactional applications to his role at Innoverne, and will lead the company's platform strategy and engineering teams, as it seeks to become the pre-eminent global supplier of circular economy software.

Dancer brings over 18 years product, platform and technology experience to Innoverne, most notably as eCommerce Director at Dialog plc, CEO and CTO at Identum Ltd and CTO EMEA at Trend Micro Inc.

Dancer collaborates closely with customers and led the architecture, design and development of Trend Micro SecureCloud, an award winning cloud encryption solution that helps organisations meet security and regulatory compliance requirements when leveraging public cloud resources.

This announcement comes at a time of continued rapid expansion for Innoverne. The company has recently added to its leadership team by adding talent with proven skills in scaling business development, sales and marketing operations. The company is also soon to enter new markets such as Healthcare and Retail.
