Last week’s announcement (13/09/2010) by Microsoft details key developments to the software package and a release candidate of the new product named Microsoft Lync. The release candidates of Lync 2010 and Lync Server 2010 are available for businesses of all sizes to try free.

And by federating with associate companies the same multimedia experience can be leveraged via the internet. It is designed to work Microsoft Office, including SharePoint, and Exchange. New developments allow people to stay connected whilst on the move via a wide range of handheld devices, allowing a transfer of call from PC to handheld without any disruption to the conversation.
