Barcelona, Spain, Mobile World Congress – February 29, 2012 – AIRCOM International, the leading independent network planning and optimisation solutions provider, today announces the appointment of Claudia Grandjean as Regional Director, Americas.

Claudia will be responsible for all AIRCOM’s business development in North and Latin America, including providing expert support and consultancy to AIRCOM’s growing customer portfolio in the region. This includes promoting the benefits of AIRCOM’s I-VIEW framework which enables mobile network operators to rapidly, efficiently and seamlessly plan, manage, configure and optimise their networks. I-VIEW provides global operators with improved network visibility and control, to help them become more efficient, agile and profitable.

Claudia brings over twenty-five years of global telecoms experience to the role, having held senior management positions at Lucent Technologies, Nokia Siemens Networks, and Ericsson. She was most recently Senior Vice President and General Manager, North America at Acision, the global leader in mobile messaging, where she improved operational performance and customer satisfaction as well as helped drive a strategic shift towards services and cloud-based offerings.
