July 6th 2011, Oakland, CA - Adax, an industry leader in high-performance signaling and packet-processing infrastructure, has moved! Adax celebrates its upcoming 30th anniversary in a new locale. After 20+ years in its Berkeley location, Adax has moved into an 18,000 square foot, two-story brick building directly across the street from Oakland's scenic Lake Merritt. At night, the famed 'Necklace of Lights' illuminates the entire lakeside area, including Adax.
The new building affords expanded space for all Adax departments to more efficiently carry out their tasks. Production is especially pleased with the added room for inventory, as well as the new anti-static environment. Both Engineering and Integration Services appreciate an open floor plan large enough to accommodate the large variety of products we develop and support.
Adax demonstrates its commitment to 'Go Green' with low-energy florescent lights, new energy-efficient computers and appliances. As in Berkeley, Oakland offers curbside recycling of office paper, plastics and organic waste.
A spacious layout on both floors allow for conference rooms, a customer demo and training lab, and several large offices overlooking the lake.
We invite customers and partners alike to visit us at 2900 Lakeshore Ave., Oakland, CA.
