MDS Intelligent BSS solution supports multi-country growth of VoIP services across ACN's customer base
25th May 2011, TM Forum Dublin, UK: Enterprise customer experience management solutions provider MDS has today announced that it has been selected by ACN, the world's largest direct selling telecommunications company, to support its innovative VoIP services across 16 countries in Europe.
MDS Customer Management Platform will support ACN's VoIP services throughout the European Market. MDS already provides the BSS customer management platform for ACN's fixed and VoIP customer base across the UK, Spain, Netherlands, France and Portugal. The latest expansion from ACN sees the company looking to capitalise on a burgeoning VoIP demand from consumers in Europe by being able to roll-out services in new territories that are designed with end-users in mind.
