Company recently placed in Leaders Quadrant of the 2011 Magic Quadrant for Corporate Learning Systems report

SANTA MONICA, Calif., March 30, 2011 – Cornerstone OnDemand (NASDAQ: CSOD), a leading provider of a comprehensive learning and talent management software solution, today announced it has been placed by Gartner Inc. in the “Leaders Quadrant” of the 2011 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Employee Performance Management Software report.[1]  According to the report, employee performance management software includes performance, succession and compensation management capabilities. The Magic Quadrant positions vendors according to their “Ability to Execute” and “Completeness of Vision.” 

In addition to performance management and succession planning, Cornerstone’s comprehensive talent management solution includes platforms for learning management, enterprise social networking, and extended enterprise engagement and enablement.  The company recently was placed by Gartner Inc. in the “Leaders Quadrant” of the 2011 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Corporate Learning Systems (CLS) report.[2]

The report defines Leaders as having strong product functionality and providing superior customer experience. In addition, these vendors have strong direct sales and/or channel sales capabilities. Leading vendors also have strong or emerging multinational solutions (with corresponding service and support).
