101domain.com joins Famous Four Media Registrar Ecosystem to promote its new generic TLDs Portfolio
November 2013 – Famous Four Media announced a collaborative approach with 101domain.com to promote and jointly develop and market the new FFM generic Top Level Domain (TLD) portfolio. The suffixes represented by FFM include some of the most relevant in the domain name industry, such as .accountant, .bid, .date or .download, 12 of the 57 applied for strings are uncontested.
The first uncontested new FFM generic TLD will be .BID, with Sunrise expected to start in early 2014. With its strings FFM and 101domain.com will offer a new naming options spectrum which will increase security and reliability. The new generic Top Level Domain (TLD) program will increase online business opportunities and improve online marketing efforts as it opens new opportunities in the domain name system.
