To witness the growth and birth of any life is a miracle. Our ability to watch programs that cover the human embryo from inception to birth is truly a miracle. To be witness to or be involved in the birth of any baby is touching to everyone’s heart. Watching that life grow and develop into an adult is another miracle. The power of the human brain and intelligence is also yet another miracle available to all.
The word miracle is from old French and Latin and refers ‘to wonder at; be wonderful. The gift of life is certainly wonderful.
Increases in medicine and technology have increased the ability for incredible life saving miracles to occur just about every day.
Spend a little time and reflect over the past few thousand years and you will certainly be reminded that man has created many miracles.
Miracles one by one have allowed the human race to move from cave man to the life that many of us lead to day, to be able to visit countries with historical artifacts over 2000 years old is to see the wonders of our ancestors yet so many do not see this progress in civilization as a miracle.
To be able to move from town to town, drive in a foreign country or just visit a museum, the task is made easier if a map is followed. Maps come in all forms; they can be used for many reasons from plotting roads, reading palms, deciphering brain wave patterns, DNA research to study life on earth and as a navigational tool on land, air and sea.
The word has several definitions, but the map and use of a map refer to being able to acknowledge and be aware of change that has occurred over a certain period of time at different places across the globe. Indeed a miracle, something for all to wonder at.
Have you prepared a map of your future?
Are you aware of what your destination is, or are you on a path that is leading nowhere?
By being creative and mapping your future, mapping your path to success, it will not matter what obstacles are put in front of you, your goal is set, you have prepared a navigational path to follow. Having a mentor to guide you along this path to success is like having a co-pilot, someone to relate to, to discuss the next turn with and to support you to your destination.
Albert Einstein (1879-1955) said, ‘There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle.’
Do not keep wandering on through the paths with obstacles without a map, they will never lead you anywhere, get a map, achieve your dreams and create your miracle.
