It should be called the 1.5, but the BlackJack 2 is still one of the best value-priced smart phones.The original Samsung BlackJack was one of our favorite Windows Mobile phones because of all the features it delivered for a low price, including 3G data and support for Cellular Video and XM radio. The Windows Mobile 6-powered sequel sports a sexier design and a lot of other improvements, including a beefier battery, more internal memory, and GPS navigation support. MindMapper 2008 Standard's keyboard shortcuts make it a simple app for creating digital brainstorming maps.Mindmapper 2008 Standard has an intuitive interface that lets you link ideas and plans. Resembling Microsoft Office 2003, Mindmapper allowed us to create a large chart and connect clouds or boxes to one another using a selection of various arrows. Unlike with some of the other programs, inserting an idea is a cinch via keyboard shortcuts. You can have numerous projects open at the same time and switch among them. The colored tabs were helpful for navigation, and we appreciated the instructional videos, which include animation. Sony Reader Digital Book PRS-505


The sleeker and more stylish second generation of the Sony Reader is a hardcover replacement, but its lack of wireless connectivity makes it an also-ran when compared with Amazon's Kindle. We have yet to see fellow commuters trading in their paperbacks for eBooks, but if that were to happen, they might reach for the Sony Reader Digital Book PRS-505 first.
