1. To ensure execution of all transactions within the agreed timeliness and accuracy as specified in the Service Level Agreements.
2. Processing as per the Departmental Operating Instructions manual and group standards as applicable.
3. To report / escalate exceptions to the Manager
4. Upholding the values of the Group and Company at all times.
5. Compliance with all applicable Rules / Regulations of the Company and Group Policies and adherence to the Organization's Code of Conduct.
6. Comply with Group Money Laundering Prevention Policy and procedures to the extent applicable and reporting all suspicious transactions to the Line Manager
7. Comply with Group / Country Know Your Customer Guidelines and adhere to the relevant Controls and Checks.
8. Take responsibility / ownership and follow existing operational processes / controls and suggests if changes required with a view to mitigate Operational Risk
9. Recommend process / work flow changes for greater efficiency and control
10. Ensure timely completion of all MIS's, Self Assurance checks, and all relevant regulatory and group returns
Graduates in any discipline other than Engineering/ Medical/ Legal.
1st & 2nd year Under Graduates & Post Graduates for part time and flexi time jobs.
Under Graduate & Post Graduate students in final year for full time jobs.
Basic typing skills & Ms- Office suite knowledge.
Good English Communication(Oral and Written) skills.
