SKILL REQUIREMENTS: 1-3 years of design and programming experience in software application development having the following expertise. oBuilding Web based applications and products using Java, J2EE technologies, XML, java scripts and latest java technologies oAble to understand and use basic object-oriented concepts (e.g., abstraction, encapsulation, inheritance, polymorphism).
