Post by: RealWire on March 06, 2015, 03:45:42 PM
- HRMS provider achieves 150% growth in 2014; wins 12 out of 13 head to heads with Workday
- Swinda Salazar-Piquemal joins from SAP SuccessFactors to lead North America sales
- Jennifer Rothfeld, SVP Global HR at SolarWinds, appointed Board Advisor

Fairsail, provider of global cloud HRMS to mid-size organizations, has begun 2015 with its best ever quarter: over 150% YOY annual growth, 1,000% growth over the past five years, recognition from Deloitte, a retention rate of over 90%, and notable customers such as TelecityGroup, Rocketship Education, Mitsubishi UFJ and Civica.

It’s increasingly being recognised as the “Workday for the mid-market”. Demonstrated through 12 out of 13 head to head wins against the enterprise vendor; where mid-sized organizations seek the same comprehensive solution but delivered in a faster, simpler and more cost effective way.

Consequently, Fairsail is becoming an increasingly attractive destination for senior executives as it announces the appointment of Swinda Salazar-Piquemal to lead sales in North America and Jennifer Rothfeld, SVP Global HR at SolarWinds, as Board Advisor.

Swinda joins from SAP SuccessFactors where she was Vice-President for Cloud Sales in Florida, Caribbean and Latin America. Jennifer has extensive experience as an HR leader, having held senior positions with a number of organizations including Raytheon. Both new roles will support the company’s ambitious growth plans in the Americas.

Fuelling the strong company performance is the development of, and demand for, Fairsail’s new Workforce eXperience (WX) version of its cloud HR management system; combining global HR information, analytics and corporate communications. It’s outclassed strong competition to win the business of customers including: TelecityGroup, Europe’s leading provider of premium carrier-neutral data centres; Rocketship Education, an innovative network of public elementary charter schools transforming education; Mitsubishi UFJ, a wholly owned subsidiary of the fifth largest bank in the world, and Civica, a market leader in specialist systems and business process services.

Last year, the company signed 40 new customers headquartered in 11 different countries around the world across: US, Canada, Mexico, Iceland, UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, Switzerland, and Malta - demonstrating its global capability. This is also reflected by its expanding partner ecosystem: CloudSense, Clout! and Hive Tech HR are recent certified partners offering customers additional choice for implementation expertise and services.

All of this significant growth led to Fairsail being recently included in the Deloitte 2014 UK Technology Fast 50, recognizing it as one of the fastest-growing UK technology companies – it was also named a TechMarketView Little British Battler, one of the twelve most innovative and agile companies in the UK.

Adam Hale, CEO at Fairsail said, “2014 was a momentous year for Fairsail and I’m delighted organizations across the world are achieving success with our global cloud HRMS.”

He continued, “Business has changed, the way we work has changed, and the workforce has changed; it’s critical the systems used to manage people are up to scratch. We’re committed to delivering great workforce experiences; enabling organizations to acquire and engage their people, and what’s more, without lengthy implementations and excessive costs.”

He concluded, “Our success to date is thanks to the exceptional innovation and thinking of our employees. We’re extremely delighted that we can attract world class talent, such as Swinda and Jennifer, in our pursuit of becoming a global leader in the HR tech market.”
