The scheme, officially launched last week by CESG, the Information Assurance arm of GCHQ, and managed by APM Group, has been designed to assure high quality cyber security training courses delivered by training providers. One of the key objectives of the programme is to enhance the professionalism of those working in the cyber security industry. Templar Executives has been awarded accreditation for three of its unique Cyber Academy courses: Board-Level Cyber Security for Senior Information Risk Owners (SIROs), Cyber Security for Information Asset Owners (IAOs) and Cyber Security Awareness. The courses aim to create a holistic understanding of cyber security encompassing people, processes, policy, culture and ICT.
