Jupiter is one of the most lightweight portal systems available and it`s open source.

System Requirements:

- PHP 4.3.1.0 or 5
- Apache 1.3 or better
- mySQL 4.1.10 or better

Instalation:
=============================================
- Just upload all the files and run index.php.
- CHMOD images/avatars to 777
- CHMOD images/emoticons to 777
- CHMOD includes/config.php to 666
- Adn dont forget to delete w-old-install.php
