Advait is an organisation set up by IIM and IIT alumni in association with Academicians from some of the leading Business-schools of India. It is best seen as a vision towards an evolved, integral and sublime human being through meaningful and value-based life-education. Advait seeks to promote creativity, wisdom and integrity among professionals and students by adressing the way they are trained or taught. To this effect, Advait harnesses the power of literature, stories and other works of natural arts. Advait also promotes creative writing among students and budding writers.
In the area of Professional education, Advait also prepares Engineering and MBA students in the area of Aptitude Development.
Job Description
The teacher/trainer would teach Engineering/MBA students for Aptitude development. Topics covered would include Numerical Ability, Data Analysis, Critical Reasoning etc. Most of these topics would involve questions of class 10th-12th level. The syllabus covered would be similar to that of Quantitative Ability section in CAT/MAT, though the questions would be comparatively easier.

Examples of portion of syllabus include Profit-loss, Time-Distance, Simple Geometry, Algebraic Equations, Bar/Pie charts, Data Sufficiency questions and puzzles.

Desired Profile
The Trainer would be helping Engineering/MBA students prepare for their placement processes. He/She would teach areas such as Numerical Ability, Data Analysis, Critical Reasoning etc. Most of these topics would involve questions of class 10th-12th level. 1) A teacher who has taught at least at High School level, or
2) A B.Tech who wants to enter the field of teaching, or

5) An MBA who is interested in a teaching role

Besides good Mathematical skills, the candidate should have good communication skills as well.

Positions are open for both full-time and part-time roles. The full-time role may involve outstation travel as well.
