The communications specialist also achieved Managed Services Master (MSCP) accreditation
Teltow, July 10, 2012 – NextiraOne Germany's comprehensive expertise has been confirmed twice over: an audit by independent external specialist NFS has resulted not only in recertification for NextiraOne as a Cisco Gold Partner, but also in its additional accreditation as Managed Services Master Partner (MSCP). MSCP certification means that the company is recognised by the leading global provider of network solutions as having achieved the highest levels in its Managed Services Program.
Advanced Specialisations and outstanding customer service
To be designated as a Gold Partner, NextiraOne’s in-depth professional performance was tested in terms of Advanced Specialisations in the fields of Wireless LAN, Routing and Switching, Unified Communications and Security. Additionally, NextiraOne, with its certified experts, was found to comply with Cisco's strict criteria for customer service. Of particular and determining importance was the outstanding customer service provided round-the-clock, seven days a week (24/7), as well as the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
NextiraOne's NOC (Network Operating Centre) Services were decisive in helping it achieve Managed Services Master (MSCP) certification. The company operates two identical NOCs near Berlin and Paris, through which it offers customers round-the-clock technical support. This is augmented by comprehensive ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) knowledge of the NextiraOne experts, as well as proven project certifications. Furthermore, with its other specialisations in the fields of Unified Threat Management (firewall, intrusion prevention systems) and Managed Unified Communications, NextiraOne meets other stringent Cisco requirements.
Comprehensive solutions competence honoured
"As a long-time Cisco Gold Partner, we are just as proud of our recertification as we are of the Managed Services Master Certification, as both achievements recognise NextiraOne's comprehensive solution competence and the strong professional know-how of our employees," said Dr. Frank Nobbe, NextiraOne Germany's Cisco Alliance Manager. "Our customers can rest assured that we can provide them with the highest level of care for their Data Centres, Unified Communications & Collaboration as well as Borderless Networks and all associated services."
