Adobe now offering design and editing software through CTT’s CTXchange technology donation programme
London, 18 September 2012 - Charity Technology Trust (CTT) has announced that Adobe, the global leader in marketing and digital media solutions, has joined CTT’s technology donation programme, CTXchange. Charities and not-for-profit organisations that are registered to the programme will now have access to Adobe products that can be used to edit images, design websites, publish newsletters, create videos and more.
Through CTXchange, qualifying organisations will be able to choose from a list of Adobe’s design and digital editing software packages. These include InDesign CS6, a professional page-layout application for print designers, Photoshop CS6 Extended, an image-editing and graphics-creation application with tools for 3D images, and Dreamweaver CS6, a website and internet application editor, among others.
Two applications suites will also be available: Creative Suite 6 Design and Web Premium, for those wishing to create content for print, web and mobile, and Creative Suite Production Premium, for creating video, audio and other interactive elements.
Eligible UK organisations will have the option to request either four individual applications, or one suite of applications, per fiscal year.
“Access to professional grade design and editing software can play an important role in helping charities and not-for-profit organisations to produce the marketing and fundraising materials they need,” said Richard Craig of CTT. “As part of CTXchange, Adobe will give charitable organisations access to applications that they may otherwise be unable to afford, helping them to remain competitive.”
