Azzurri Communications, the leading independent provider of managed communications services, is pleased to announce it has been awarded a framework agreement for three lots by Government Procurement Service, for Communications Services, Conferencing Services and Managed Equipment Room Services. It means Azzurri will be one of the suppliers invited to tender when specific Public Sector projects are procured through one of these three lots under the PSN Services framework agreement.
Azzurri has a long heritage in the Public Sector, with particular strengths in Local Government and Healthcare. Azzurri’s ability to consolidate, integrate and then pro-actively manage multiple telecoms and network suppliers through one centralised, cost-effective and flexible contract, has proved an attractive option for many Public Sector organisations.
The shift from telecoms being seen as just providing dial tone to a desk phone has long gone. The ability to deliver telephony and communications applications through hosted or cloud-based methods is here. It is these technology changes that are allowing organisations to make cost savings whilst helping their staff work more flexibly and productively.
