JOB DESCRIPTION:

NOTE : This position has a huge possibility of working onsite at our offices in US. Besides this we also assure one of the best work atmosphere and assure you enough scope for learning.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES: Supporting US office with their Marketing efforts of I T consultants and help finding projects for its Consultants in US by: Use the existing database of available candidates and market the profiles for the DIRECT CLIENT requirements by forwarding the profiles to Tier 1 (Prime) Vendors. Sourcing requirements through resume postings, generating new relationships and reviewing recruiting sites. Posting resumes on various job portals like Monster, Dice, etc. Technical screening of requirements, setting-up initial phone screen with Vendors and arrange interview. Rate negotiations (hourly) and documentation work with Vendors.
Office Timings: 6.30 pm to 3.30 am (5 Day Week)...variable with daylight saving factor. Most of the Major Clients are located in East Coast, Mid West USA.
