Job Description
Incumbents would be responsible for all HR functions, which include HR Planning, recruitment designing and implementing HRD practices, HRIS, salary administration, ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws/regulations, office administration etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
Applicants should be post-graduates in Human Resource Management from a reputed University / Institute. They should have a minimum 2- 3 years hands-on experience in the aforesaid fields. Working knowledge of computers is essential.
Freshers or Candidates with less experience may be considered at Management trainee position.
