Recruitment Trainee
Job Profile : To be inducted as ' Trainee' for being ultimately a member of our core team of young HR co-ordinators to render, all aspects of total Recruitment Services to Overseas Clients across the globe.
Only quick learner with high initiative, and commitment are needed, who will be put on the job training to progress in their HR career.
This process would involve:
- Understanding manpower requirements.
- Preperation of JD and translating the same into effective AD campaign
- Posting jobs on various Job Portals
- Submission of screened CVs to various clients and follow-up
- Organizing Interviews of short-listed candidates
- Follow-up after selection of candidates
- Regular interactions with overseas clients and candidates, etc
