Pay Scale: Rs.8,600-250-14,600/- (Minimum basic pay Rs.10,600/-)(CTC:- approximately 3.8 lacs) (Pay revision due w.e.f. 01.01.2007)
Qualification (Essential)
Graduation with first class in MSW/MBA (2 years full time with specialization in HRM/Personnel Management and Industrial Relations)/First class in Postgraduate Degree/Postgraduate Diploma (2 years fulltime) in HRM/Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from a recognized University/Institute.
Experience : A minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar capacity will be an added advantage.
Age : Upper age limit of 25 years as on 01.09.2007
General Conditions:
1. Knowledge of Hindi is essential.
2. In addition to Basic Pay other allowances like Dearness Allowance, HRA, Area Allowance, Conveyance Reimbursement, Leave Travel Assistance, Professional Development Allowance, reimbursement of medical expenses, PF, Gratuity etc. will be part of the remuneration package. In addition, the executive will be eligible for vehicle loan on subsidized rate, interest free annual advance, interest subsidy on housing loan and Group Insurance as per Company rules.
