Job Description
- Log Customer calls
- Provide first level technical support on Internet related queries using documented procedures.
- Identify and provide input on unique or recurring customer problems.
- Ensure proper escalation procedures.

Excellent demonstrated customer service skills
Good Communication Skills – Spoken and written English (including technical writing).
Strong Problem Solving and Troubleshooting Skills – thinks logically.

Strong knowledge of Pocket PCs, ActiveSync, Personal Computers, and hardware components.
In-depth working knowledge of Windows XP, Windows 2000, and Windows NT® Operating Systems.
Effective learning skills
Working knowledge of Windows 98.
