The following skills and abilities are required for this position:
--1-3 years of previous experience in application software support, software support, and/or software testing capacities on Windows platform
--ability to work in a 24x7 environment working in day/night shifts on rotational basis, including weekends
--ability to write, troubleshoot, and modify SQL Server stored procedures
--very strong analytical and problem solving skills along with detail orientation
--strong oral and written communication skills

The following skills and abilities are preferred for this position:
--good knowledge of databases like SQL Server and Oracle
--familiarity with SQL Server Reporting Services
--experience with Tomcat, Apache, IIS, JBoss application environments
--programming experience in Java and familiarity with Java Messaging Service (JMS)
--degree in engineering and/or computer science
