SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
1-3 years of design and programming experience in software application development having the following expertise.
oBuilding Web based applications and products using Java, J2EE technologies, XML, java scripts and latest java technologies
oAble to understand and use basic object-oriented concepts (e.g., abstraction, encapsulation, inheritance, polymorphism). Basic knowledge of analysis and design patterns.
o1+ Years experience in J2EE, JSP, Java, Struts, EJB, Java Beans, Apache & Tomcat, XML, Web services, Linux,
oExperience in tools/ IDE such as JUnit, CheckStyle, ANT, CVS and IntelliJ Idea 5.1 (IDE).
oExperience in Product Life-cycle Management (PLM)
oGood knowledge of the class-level unit testing techniques, writing unit test cases, designing the automated test harnesses using Java technologies
oExperience with the databases (JDBC, PL/SQL, Oracle, SQL Server)
oAutomated Unit testing using tools such as Junit
oGood understanding of the enterprise-class software product development concepts
oGood knowledge of software development processes
oGood technical documentation skills as per agreed quality standards.
oAny experience in ArcIMS will be preferable
