We all know that doing good, solid keyword research is part of the battle towards building an effective site – one that generates a revenue – wether that be from affiliate sales, pay per click revenue or just simple sales of your own products.

So you research your keywords, build your site, write your content and ensure that your most valuable words and phrases are distributed throughout.

But how, once your site is originally built and launched, do you keep it fresh, adding new keyword based content to grow and expand your internet empire?

More accurately – how do you make sure that the words you are looking to use and profit from are new words or phrases for your site, words that you haven’t used before. I mean – who wants to write 5 pages all about the same thing by accident.

Well, the logical answer is you have to keep a track of the words and phrases you’ve used.

So you build up your list and once you’ve written your articles, you save that list into your web folder so that you can refer back to it. Every time you run a fresh search for new additions you open your old list and using the good old reliable Eyeball Mark 1 you compare your old list against your new list, searching for the duplicates and removing them by hand.

Once you’ve done that somewhat weary task – you’re all set to go.

Except it’s not that easy – is it. However good your Eyeball Mark 1s are, they still miss things. Comparing list against list means having to run two apps side by side with all the associated problems as well.

It would be so much easier if you could just load your lists into an application and have it do it for you, wouldn’t it.

Well spookily enough, now you can.

There is a keyword manipulation tool that can do this repetitive, time consuming task for you a damn site faster and more accurately than we ever could.

You see, part of it’s interface allows you to open up two lists at the same time in two separate working windows. Once you’ve loaded in your lists you can then compare the lists against each other and remove all the duplicate entries from one of the lists.

So – you load up your list of keyword phrases that you’ve used already – List A.

Then you open up your new list of phrases – List B.

Click the button that says “Check B against A� and seconds later Keyword Controller will strip out all the entries from List B that are already in List A.

So now you are left with a new list of keywords and phrases that you have not used before – leaving you safe in the knowledge that you can use any of these new phrases on your site without running the risk of duplicating your efforts.

Then, when you’ve finished writing the new content from your cleaned list you can also get Keyword Controller to Merge the lists together as well – meaning you save your new list of phrases used so that next time you have potentially fresh content – you can run the same exercise again without a problem.
