Many folks out there have great ideas or innovations and as the coordinator for the Online Think Tank it is amazing the number of ideas. Some are so obvious you wonder why didn’t I think of that. Some you actually already did. In fact, we get individuals emailing us every day with ideas. Some feasible some not, some good, some not; yet every once in a while you get a really good idea or concept that needs more scrutiny.

Are you an innovator that is looking for someone to review your device? If so you will need to keep the details somewhat secret and therefore need a non-disclosure? Hopefully you already have a standard non-disclosure form available or a patent pending to protect you? If not you need to read up on that a bit.

Some of the best inventions I have seen merely need scientific verification and are in the "Physics" phase of the project to see if it is feasible? You need to ask your self if you have done this yet, and next you will need to build a small model or prototype of such.

Just the other day I talked with a gentleman in an economically challenged area of our nation and I understand the economic situation that area and realize with the weather they been having there, things are not so easy as they appear to be. Not long ago I drove thru the area and noticed all the lay-offs in the auto industry sector, more coming I see? Not good.

The economy is doing well, but not in all sectors and every region. Those with heavy manufacturing bases, well it is just a frightful situation really. Often we find laid off garage entrepreneurs designing new innovations, technologies. Just remember that the Innovation and Intellectual Property Protection are serious for the Small Inventor.
