Qualification

(i) Finance discipline: The candidate should have passed final examination of I.C.A.I or I.C.W.A or M.B.A. (finance).
(ii) Personnel and HR discipline: The candidate should have M.B.A degree with specialisation in Personnel Management/HR or MSW or Masters Degree in Industrial Relation and Personnel Management/Human Resource Management or equivalent course.
(iii) Commercial discipline: The candidate should be Engineering Graduate preferably Mechanical or Science Graduate with P.G Diploma in Material Management or MBA (preferably with specialization in Material Management).

Degree in the relevant field of Engineering i.e.Chemical /Mechanical.
General Conditions:
1. Reservation of Posts for OBC, SC/ST & PWD shall be as per Govt. of India Rules. Age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST and Ex-serviceman, dependents of those killed in action and 3 years for OBC. Age is also relax-able by 5 yrs in the case of persons working in Central Government/Semi Government/Public Sector Undertaking, who are required to submit their application through proper channel and should have minimum two years working experience one step below grade of the respective positions.
2. All Candidates called for Interview/Test for the Post at Sr. No. 1 shall be reimbursed 3 tier A/C Rail fare or equivalent for to and fro journey by shortest route provided the distance travelled is not less than 50 km. SC/ST/PWD Candidates for post at 2–3 shall be paid to and fro 2nd class fare for attending interview. No TA will be payable for attending the written Test.
3. Those candidates who have already submitted their application to the above vacancies in response to our advertisement appeared in the Employment News dated 01.09.2007 need not to apply as their candidature will be considered on the basis of their applications already submitted. However, the preference for Centre for written test needs to be intimated by these candidates.
4. Those who fulfils the laid down norms may apply with complete details for the post in prescribed application format (which can be down loaded from our Website) along with a DD of Rs.500/-(Non Refundable) in favour of “Hindustan Insecticides Limited”(SC/ST/PWD candidates are exempted from the application fee) payable at New Delhi, within 21 days from the date of this advertisement to the Dy. 5. Mere fulfilling the conditions does not make the candidate eligible to be called for an interview/test. HIL reserves the right to cancel any centre or the candidature of any candidate or entire process of the recruitment.
