HP has been in the networking segment for more than 18 years under different brand names, including EtherTwist and Advancestack. We've been called ProCurve since 1998. Overall, the ProCurve Networking Business unit has employees primarily in Roseville, California, Grenoble, France, S'pore, Bangalore, India and Loveland, Colorado.
We offer different products, including various switches, routers, WAN solutions, access appliances, VPN and firewall solutions. Our customers regard our products as second-to-none in terms of their reliability.
The market we pursure is the enterprise network and equipment market. ProCurve is focused on medium-sized corporate customers - both in the public and private sectors. We provide the infrastructure and services that those customers use to provide network access and network communication within their businesses. That includes advanced switching architectures, network management capabilities, traffic control utilities and a wide variety of mobility solutions, security capabilities and access control.
Job description
* Profitably grow the ProCurve Networking Business in the nominated countries, India at a rate of 2X of the market growth as a minimum.
* Develop and implement the go-to-market strategy in each cities - including business partner recruitment, management and development, key customer engagement.
* manage the sales activities to support the defined product mix for a profitable growth and to position ProCurve Network Business leadership in the target verticals
* Work closely with other business units within HP to promote the ProCurve value proposition and to facilitate the implementation of needed business process
* Act as a delegate for ProCurve Networking Business to assure an appropriate positioning of key messages, product and business success through PR/AR engagement in the nominated countries.

Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree, preferably a business related degree or Master's (graduate) degree in Business Administration (MBA)
Sound knowledge of IT sales
