Role: Software Engineer (Web Developer)

Responsibilities:
The candidate should have a strong customer focus, good communication skills and good HTML/JavaScript/ASP.
Perform 1st level of troubleshooting for errors reported in production surveys.
Develop surveys using 3rd party application and customize them as needed.
Ensure accuracy and acceptability of final product.
Escalate to the available project owner for urgent/critical tasks.
