Roles and Responsibilities: WINDOWS 2000,WINDOWS NT
Skill & Job Requirements:
* 1+ years of experience in Call Center project
* Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills coupled with good interpersonal/team skills
* Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
* Basic Knowledge of computers
* Willing to work in a 24x7 project
* Info Security awareness will be an added advantage.
* Good Typing Speed.
Desired Profile
Qualification: Bachelors Degree
Experience: 1-3 YEARS
Skills: Will be part of the Info Security helpdesk handling service requests. He would be responsible in taking in-bound calls from the customer and resolving their issues. Should be flexible and willing to work in shifts. Responsible for the technology competencies of industry focused vertical groups.
