Company Growth and Accelerating Mobile Media Adoption in North and South America Prompt Appointment of Seasoned Mobile Media Business Development Executive
Paris, France – 10 December, 2007 – Streamezzo, the leading provider of rich media solutions and platforms for mobile communications, today announced the appointment of Alex Middleton as its General Manager for the Americas. Middleton, a veteran business development executive of the mobile media industry with proven expertise in building market share and successfully managing operations in North and South America, will now be responsible for Streamezzo’s aggressive growth goals for the Americas region.
Middleton joins Streamezzo from U-turn Media Group, where he managed sales and operational excellence initiatives within the rich mobile media sector for North and South America. Prior to U-turn Media, he worked for Soltima, a global provider of wireless infrastructure software and services, where he successfully built significant U.S. growth and market presence. Previously Middleton worked for RTS Wireless and AirMedia, where he led all business development initiatives in the Americas. He began his career with WordStar International, where he rose to become the Managing Director for Latin America. Middleton is a graduate of Northeastern University in Boston with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.

Located in Atlanta, GA, the company’s new offices for the Americas will focus on building and managing customer and partner relationships in North and South America. Those relationships will primarily consist of mobile network operators, telcos, content providers, broadcasters, and key partners who serve the various needs of the rich mobile media ecosystem.
