Skill & Job Requirements: Wipro Technologies is looking for candidates with the below mentioned skills and experience:
1. Prior experience in working as a Unix/Linux system administrator in production environment.
2. Conversant with the routine tasks of a system administrator.
3. Familiarity with UNIX /Solaris and batch job scheduling techniques.
4. Past experience of supporting IT infrastructure of large financial institutions will be a big plus.
5. Excellent communication skills, good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
6. Administration skills required to administer large Sun Solaris environment.
7. Must be conversant with UNIX / Solaris Systems administration.
8. Basic skills to troubleshoot networking related problems.
9. Well conversant with UNIX shell scripting.
10. Familiarity with job scheduling techniques using CA's Autosys tool.
11. Familiarity with NT/Linux OS.
Desired Profile
Qualification: Diploma
Experience: 1-2 YEARS
Skills: At Wipro Technologies you would be responsible for:
1. Day to day support for the Autosys infrastructure, Autosys portal infrastructure support, batch job support, schedule, incident monitoring and reporting.
2. Handling the pressure in the production environment with zero percent tolerance for any mistakes.
3. Working in a cross functional team.
4. UNIX / Solaris Systems administration
