Skill & Job Requirements: Wipro Technologies is looking for candidates with the below mentioned skills and experience:
1. Overall IT experience of 2-3 years.
2. Experience in troubleshooting of RequestCenter tools.
3. Prior knowledge on support project involving support beyond regular hours
4. Good exposure of interacting with the Clients.
5. Good Communication skills.
6. Experience in Websphere, Java Basic Troubleshooting, UNIX Commands and familiarity in Oracle Database.

Experience: 1-2 YEARS
Skills: At Wipro Technologies you would be responsible for:
1. Traveling to client location and undergoing KAP process.
2. Transition of Key enhancements and support features.
3. Traveling back to offshore and continuing to provide support.
4. Ramping-up the team based on the knowledge acquired during KAP.
5. Involving in L2 support from offshore, including providing on-call support.
